Our contact forms ask for your name, email address, and message so we can understand and respond to your enquiry. Please do not include sensitive personal information that is not needed for your request.

Contact forms are processed by Formspree. Member applications, project submissions, and some service enquiries open Google Forms in a new tab and are governed by Google's privacy terms as well as the information shown on the relevant form.

We use submitted details to reply, discuss possible work or participation, maintain relevant business records, and protect the website from misuse. We keep enquiries only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, subject to the retention controls and legal obligations of the services that process them.

Our hosting provider may process technical request data such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs to deliver and protect the site.

Project pages may embed videos using YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain. YouTube may still receive technical information when an embedded player loads or when you interact with it. Social-media and press links take you to third-party websites with their own privacy practices.

You can ask what contact information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or withdraw from a conversation by emailing us. We may need to retain limited records when required for legal, security, or legitimate business reasons.
